For the world premiere, the musical theatre collective Agora, which works at the interface of music theatre and digital media, is developing together with the composer in residence Maja S. K. Ratkje, musicians from the Lucerne Festival Contemporary Orchestra (LFCO), opera choir and singers from the ensemble of the Luzerner Theater a music theatre performance on the grounds of the old Krematorium near the Friedental cemetery in Luzern, Switzerland. In addition to two world premieres by Maja S. K. Ratkje, the LFCO, Agora, and the musicians will perform baroque music, lament choirs, electronic loops and sonic installation into a music-theatrical walk across the grounds and into the Krematorium itself.
